We provide professional business consultancy services for startups and MSMEs, including business registration, government scheme and funding advisory, compliance support, and documentation assistance.
All services are customized, process-driven, and dependent on client inputs, approvals, and external authorities.
We act solely as consultants and do not function as a bank, NBFC, or government body.
We do not guarantee approvals, funding, or specific outcomes, as final decisions are subject to respective authorities.

Users are required to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality, and comply with applicable laws while using the services for legitimate purposes.
Unauthorized use of content or infringement of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
Any delay or inaccurate information may affect service outcomes.

All payments for services are accepted only in the name of Ewolyn Services Private Limited / Ewolyn Consultancy Services, and the type of account is solely “Current Account” through NEFT / IMPS / RTGS, and digital payment wallets (Cashfree, Razorpay, Aggrepay).
All payments are made as consideration for professional services, including resource allocation, expertise, and service execution, and are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as duplicate payments. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof of payment.
Notice: The Company does not accept payments to personal accounts or under any other name and shall not be liable for any loss arising from payments made outside approved channels.

We provide consultancy and support services only. Approvals, interest rates, disbursements, timelines, and final decisions are solely handled by banks, NBFCs, government departments, or relevant third-party authorities.
We are not a government agency and are not officially affiliated with any government department. Scheme names, logos, or references are used only for information and identification purposes.
Results may vary based on eligibility, documents, verification, policy changes, and third-party decisions. Past results do not guarantee future approval.
The Company shall not be responsible for application rejection, processing delays, policy changes, third-party actions, technical issues, loss of business, profit loss, or any indirect / consequential damages.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, templates, documents, graphics, and materials available on our website or through our services are the intellectual property of the Company.
You may view or print the content only for personal and non-commercial use.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use any material for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action as per applicable laws.

The Company may suspend or terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms, provides false information, engages in misuse, unlawful or fraudulent activity, fails to make agreed payments, or behaves abusively toward our team.
Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
After termination, the client's right to use our services will end immediately.
The Company may retain necessary records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By using our services, you waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against Ewolyn Services.
In case of any dispute, both parties shall first try to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion.
If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the venue shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The decision / award of the arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time.
Any updates may be notified by changing the “Last Updated” date on this page or by posting a notice on our website, where required.
You are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
